Custom & Built-to-Order Products
Most products sold on CustomFoodTruck.org are custom-built or made-to-order.
Due to the nature of custom fabrication:
- Orders for custom food trucks, trailers, or builds are non-refundable once production has started
- Design approvals and specifications are confirmed before manufacturing begins
If you need to modify or cancel a custom order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Order cancellation before production begins
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Incorrect item delivered due to our error
Refund approval is subject to inspection and confirmation.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video evidence
- Include your order number and description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement
or - A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
4. Returns
Returns are accepted only for non-custom, standard equipment or accessories.
Return conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours
Custom-built food trucks and trailers cannot be returned.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method
- Within 7–14 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping & Delivery Fees
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a return is approved, shipping charges are deducted unless the return is due to damage or our mistake
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before production may qualify for a partial or full refund
- Orders canceled after production starts are not refundable
